Alignment Convert Entities

Converts various entities with results varying with the selected objects (see table). First you will be promoted for a base name and beginning station to use for all the alignments generated.

Selection/Results

• LwPolylines: Multiple horizontal alignments with names beginning with the base name, followed by sequential numbers.
• 3dPolylines: Multiple horizontal alignments along with vertical and 3d alignments (BricsCAD v21) or Alignments with Profiles (Civil3D).
• FeatureLines: Multiple horizontal alignments with profiles (Civil3D).

Notes:

• Before processing the entities, consider the direction they flow. You make need to use Figure Segment Reverse first.
• The newly created alignments take on the layer property of the entity they are generated from.
• If the DELOBJ system variable is set to a value greater than 0, the source entities are erased.
