Parcel Draw Setbacks

Creates setback offsets (single closed polyline) with separate values for front, side, and back.

Keyboard Command: ParDrwSet

Procedure:

1. Pick the Parcel Label first.
2. Pick the front beginning corner.
3. Pick the front ending corner.
4. Pick the rear beginning corner.
5. Pick the rear ending corner.

Notes:

• For best results, points should be picked in a clockwise order, even if the parcel flows the other way.
• When point picking is active, the tool sets the OSMODE variable to 1 enabling endpoint osnaps.
