Point Spreadsheet Editor

Allows you to make numerous changes to all or selected points in a spreadsheet format. Also includes find & replace and many commands that can apply changes to multiple points quickly.

Keyboard Command: PntEdtSpr

Procedure:

1. Open the drawing containing the points.
2. Initiate the tool.
3. Enter the number range or choose an adjacent button to build the string.
4. Choose the Process button to build the list.
5. Make desired changes to the data.
6. Choose the OK button to process the changes.

Commands:

The program contains several commands that can be applied to the data. These additional options are chosen from the popdown list in the upper right of the grid area. To apply these commands follow this general procedure.

1. Turn on the toggle in the leftmost column for the rows you want to affect.
2. Choose the command you wish to execute from the list.
3. Choose the checkmark button to begin execution.

Notes:

• When using Replace, enter the find and replace values separated by a > sign. For example ABC>123 finds ABC and replaces it with 123.
• The action list also contains an option to quickly turn on or off all toggles.
• As you make changes, the field changes turns red to indicate the edit.
