Point Inverse

Used to inverse between points, while reporting numerous details about the relationship between them.

Keyboard Command: PntInqInv

Procedure:

1. Open the drawing/project containing the points.
2. Initiate the tool.
3. Choose the desired inverse method:.
   • Arc: Prompts for a hub point followed by prompts for first and second point to define the arc (pick these points in clockwise order). Returns nearly two dozen parameters relative to the curve defined by the points.
   • Normal: Repeatedly prompts for a first and second point and echoes these coordinates and the relationship between them. Press Esc at any time to exit the tool.
   • Radial: Prompts for a hub point followed by a selection of any number of points. Returns the hub coordinates and the relationship to all points selected.
   • Sequential: Prompts for a first point then repeatedly prompts for a next point. With each next point provided, the coordinates and relationship is echoed.
4. Repeat inverses until complete.
5. At the end, the total inversed distance is reported.
