Surface Trim Boundary

Trims a Tin or Grid surface to a linear object boundary.

Keyboard Command: SurTrmBnd

Procedure:

1. Open the drawing containing the surface.
2. Initiate this tool.
3. Select the surface graphically in the drawing.
4. Select the closed trimming object.
5. Specify the point interval along the object.

Notes:

• Actually reduces (trims) the data from the surface, not just a mask.
