Curve Point, Tangent, Tangent

Generates an arc object based on one pass through point and two segments to determine tangency. Since there are two solutions in this case, the location where the line segments are picked determines the solution. When prompted for "Segment Near Tangent" pick the segment in the approximate area where the curve PC/PT will hit. In the example you would pick near B1,B2 to get the bottom solution or C1,C2 to get the top one.
