Draw Polyline Midway

Generates a polyline midway between two selected polylines.

Keyboard Command: DrwPlnMid

This tool provides two methods of generating the midway polyline.

1. The Sampling method asks for the number of divisions and generates the polyline through a series of midpoints.
2. The Triangulation method creates a triangulation and generates the polyline similar to what you would expect from an intermediate contour.

It's recommended you try each method depending on the circumstances and determine the best fit.
