At this point you should only need to restart your Revit application to show the DotSoft Office+ ribbon tab.
If Revit displays a Security dialog about this add-in, simply click and the dialog will not appear on subsequent starts.
In the event you need to remove the application, you will find it listed in Add/Remove Programs, under "DotSoft RevitOffice".
