Annotation Encrypt Text

Encrypts (and decrypts) a selection set of annotation with a user specified key.

Important: Use extreme caution with this tool! If you forget your encryption key you will not be able to restore it later.

Keyboard Command: AnnEncTxt

Procedure:

1. Use the Select button to choose the annotation objects to process.
2. Enter the Encryption key and confirm it by typing it in again.
3. Optionally change the displayed text.
4. Choose the OK button to begin processing.

Notes:

• Note: Use extreme caution with this tool. Use only when the encryption key can be determined at a later date by the required personnel.
