Convert Text/Mtext to MLeaders

Converts a text/mtext object to an mleader using a pick point for the start.

Keyboard Command: CnvTxtLea

Procedure:

1. Pick a TEXT or MTEXT object in the drawing.
2. Pick a point to be the starting point for the Mleader.

Notes:

• If the starting point picked is left of the annotation, the leader will attach to the left side of the annotation, if the point is to the right, it attaches to the right side.
