Draws a fractional line using two points with numerator/denominator. Simply pick two points anywhere in the drawing, using osnaps as desired. Then enter a numerator and denominator value and the line will be drawn the fractional distance along the two points. For example if a numerator of 3 is entered with a denominator of 4, the line is drawn 3/4 of the distance picked, or 75%.
