Draw Line Perpendicular

This is used to draw a line object perpendicular to a selected line or polyline segment. Simply pick a point along the object you wish to be perpendicular to using the appropriate object snap, then designate the second point. Consider dragging in the direction of the desired line and simply entering the distance.
