Hatch Legend Generator

Generates a graphic legend showing hatch patterns defined in all PAT files found in AutoCAD's support file search path.

Keyboard Command: HatLegGen

Procedure:

1. Pick a point which will be the upper left corner of the array.
2. Specify the default pattern scale.
3. Specify the width of the rectangle generated.
4. Specify the height of the rectangle.
5. Specify the horizontal gap. This is the distance between the edges of each rectangle.
6. Specify the vertical gap. Allow space for the pattern name label.
7. Specify the text height. Smaller is generally better.
8. Specify the number of items per row.
9. Specify whether to include only those patterns found in the current drawing.

Notes:

• Some patterns (such as AR-*) are scaled at a different value (multiplier of designated scale) for clarity.
• Some hatch patterns will not hatch at all if the size is smaller than the default of 10.0.
