Image Scale Independent

This tool scales the X and Y axis of an image independently. This can be very useful where large scanned maps have a stretch factor in the direction that they were scanned, on the roll feed scanner. In this case the process may use an X scale factor of approximately 0.95 and a Y scale factor of one. This tool will process a selection set of images.
