This dialog tool allows typically allows more details than the AutoCAD list command. Most importantly the data is presented in a spreadsheet format that can be easily copied to the clipboard (for pasting into other applications).
Keyboard Command: InqGrdLst
When the dialog appears, choose the button at the top left to choose objects in the drawing. Once objects are selected the types found will appear in the list. Click on one of these object types to see details on all of the objects of that type selected.
Multiple object types cannot be viewed at the same time because the fields of two different object types hardly ever coincide. For example a circle has a radius but other object types don't. Lines have endpoints and circles don't, etc.
Note: on very long text strings such as those in mtext objects, only the first 40-50 characters will be visible in the cell. However, the entire string is stored in the cell and will be copied to the clipboard with it.
