ToolPac's Layer Review can be used to quickly review the contents of each layer in the drawing. You can jog through all layers one at a time, select layers for review, and when you see layer(s) you want to work with, simply choose Go.
Keyboard Command: LayRevObj
The program will start out by clearing the screen and drawing layer 0. The programs options are displayed at the command prompt area, and are explained below.
Option: Go/All/First/Last/Next/Previous/Select/eXit <Next>:
- Go: When you want to edit the layer(s) displayed, Press G for Go. The program will freeze all layers except for those displayed in the review. If only one layer was displayed, that layer becomes the current layer. If more than one layer is displayed, the program will make the first one in the selection current.
- All: Displays all layers not frozen or turned off.
- First: Displays the first layer in the sorted layer table, layer 0.
- Last: Displays the last layer in the sorted layer table.
- Next: Displays the next layer in the table. If next is used at the end of the list, it will wrap around to the beginning of the list.
- Previous: Displays the previous layer in the table. If previous is used at the beginning of the list, it will wrap around to the end of the list.
- Select: Presents a multi-selection dialog box enabling you to choose the layers you wish to review.
- eXit: Exits the routine, redraws all layers, does not change the current layer.
