Controls layouts including ordering, editing, renaming, creation, and plotting tools. Changes made in the manager appear immediately in your drawing, including the update of the AutoCAD layout strip at the bottom of the editor. In the event of undesirable changes while inside the Layout Manager, simply exit to the command line and issue the undo command.

Toolbar:
- Set Current: If one layout is selected, this sets it current in the editor.
- Alphabetize All: Sorts the list of layouts in alphabetical order.
- Reverse: Reverses the order of all layouts.
- Move To Top: Move the selected layout(s) to the top.
- Move Up: Move the selected layout(s) up one place.
- Move Down: Move the selected layout(s) down one place.
- Move To Bottom: Move the selected layout(s) to the bottom.
- Select All: Checks all layouts in the grid for processing.
- Clear All: Clears the checks on all layouts in the grid.
- Refresh: Refreshes the list of layouts.
Right Click Menu:
To access the additional functionality not displayed on the toolbar, right click on the grid and choose your option from the flyout menu.
- Create:
- New: Creates one or more new layouts in the drawing.
- Copy: Creates multiple copies the selected layouts including their contents.
- Edit:
- Case: Changes the string case of selected layouts to upper, lower, title, or sentence case.
- Delete: Deletes the selected layouts.
- Prefix/Suffix: Adds a prefix and/or suffix to the names of the selected layouts.
- Rename: If one layout is selected, will prompt for a new name. The sequential option renames the selected layouts in a sequential order. Uses a base name and numbering system. In other words the layouts might be renamed to BASE01, BASE02, etc.
- Replace: Finds and replaces characters in the names of the selected layouts.
- Plot:
- Page Setup: Changes the page setup for the selected layouts.
- Plot: Plots the selected layouts in the order displayed in the list. Contains options for number of copies, plot to file, etc.
- Preview: Previews the plot of selected layouts in the order displayed.
- PSLTSCALE: Sets the PSLTSCALE on or off in the selected layouts. The PSLTSCALE variable is not global across all layouts, it must be set for each one.
- Viewport Lock: Locks or unlocks all viewports on the selected layouts.
- Zoom: Zooms each layout to All or Extents.
