This tool can be used to translate a piece of geometry that was not generated parallel to the world UCS. Geometry created in this fashion cannot be modified by traditional methods. For example you cannot edit polylines that are not parallel to the UCS, and you cannot change arcs with DDMODIFY when they have this condition.
Keyboard Command: ObjUcsFix
To use this tool, simply select the geometry to correct. The routine will then translate the points to the world coordinate system.
