Application ID Rename

This tool renames a selected application ID in the current drawing.

Keyboard Command: GenAidRen

Procedure:

1. Select an application ID from the list.
2. Enter a new name for that ID.
3. Click OK to commit the change.

Notes:

• There may be a noticeable delay when launching if the drawing contains hundreds (or thousands) of AppIDs.
• Use this tool with caution as renaming an application ID can cause objects in the drawing to become disassociated with the application that created the ID.
