Xref Lookup

Does a reverse lookup, evaluating all drawings in a folder (and optional subfolders) to see if they reference one or more selected drawings.

Keyboard Command: XrfRevRef

Procedure:

1. Initiate this tool.
2. Use the (+) button in the Lookup section to add the drawings you wish to search for.
3. Enter a folder name or choose the Select button to choose it.
4. Choose the Start button to begin processing.
5. After processing, optionally export or print the report.

Match Results:

• Path+File: Means that the drawing was found with a reference to its full file, including drive/path/filename. Relative filenames are converted to absolute before comparing.
• Name=Name: Means that the drawing name was found in the reference, but it's path (or relative resolved named) varied.
• Name=Block: Means that the drawing name (without an extension) matched the block name for the xref definition.
