Admin Tools -> Configure Rover -> Instrument -> Settings

Select and enter the options for the Vasco GNSS receiver.

• Elevation Mask: Set the angle outside of which satellites will be ignored. This is useful for avoiding Lost Lock from satellites blocked by buildings or foliage.
• Update Rate: Set how often positions are received from the GPS equipment.
• Use IMU: Enables using the internal IMU for GPS position enhancement or for use as a sensor in Grade.
• XYZ Filter: Set how aggressively positions will be averaged to account for noise.
• Heading Filter: Set how aggressively headings will be averaged to account for noise.

Constellations

The following menu items enable or disable the utilization of particular satellite constellations. The GNSS receiver will NOT use any constellations that are disabled. Carlson highly recommends turning ON Galileo & BeiDou.
