For almost every pile driver vehicle, Plan & Target and Plan & Detail will be the only views available
to toggle on. This means that when clicking the Views toolbar button, the views will cycle between these.
The Profile & Summary view will be available when piling only.
For crane pilers, the following views will also be available.
