SurvPC 30-day Evaluation Mode

Note: The steps below do not necessarily require an active Internet connection.

Similar to the functionality found in the Full User registration method, SurvPC provides a 30-day evaluation mode. Upon starting a non-serialized version of SurvPC, the following will appear:

1. Enter SurvPC Serial Number: If you wish to operate in a 30-day evaluation mode, you will need to supply a serial number:

   

   If you don't already have one, tap Click Here (to get one via the Internet) to continue.

2. Submit the requested information from the resulting web-site. An evaluation serial number will be returned to you for placement into SurvPC.
3. Enter SurvPC Serial Number: Upon receipt of the evaluation serial number, enter it into the Serial Number field:

   

   Note: The serial number is not case-sensitive but does require the dash (-) separators.

   Tap OK to continue.

4. SurvPC Status: Each time SurvPC is launched, it will summarize the amount of remaining time or function calls:

   

   Tap OK to continue.

Note: While in the 30-day evaluation mode:

1. all optional equipment drivers and modules (e.g. Road, BIM, Hybrid+, etc) will operate, and,
2. raw measurements and point data will be recorded until the 30-day evaluation limit is reached, and,
3. unless otherwise extended or registered with a full use serial number, SurvPC will revert to the 15-point limit demo mode, and,
4. all data will be restored for full use once a serial number has been supplied and registered.
