Known Limitations

XL2CAD has the following known limitations.

Issue	Notes
Password Protected Spreadsheets	Problem: XL2CAD cannot open and update Excel spreadsheets that are password protected. Workaround: None.
Cloud-stored Documents	Problem: XL2CAD may hang the host CAD product when trying to update Cloud-stored (e.g. MicroSoft One-Drive, etc) documents. Workaround: Have Excel open with the document(s) already open. Note: It is also suggested the Update Objects on Drawing Open feature of the XL2CAD System Defaults is toggled off.
