PD Grade Documentation
Carlson Grade is a multi-industry machine control product. Used globally, Grade provides real-time machine guidance, monitors changes around
the worksite, and records critical data on day-to-day operations. Carlson PDGrade can be configured out-of-the-box to support a wide range of
vehicles, such as the PD5, PD10, PD25, Crane Piler, Gayk Hammer, and Orteco HD. This manual will demonstrate the full range of features available in PDGrade (Note: some
features may require additional authorization).
Combined with Carlson Command with ProTools, the Carlson Machine Control system uses High-precision GPS to update a virtual model of a
real worksite. Using this model, KPI reports on labor cost and work completed can be generated and exported in a number of formats. The
Carlson Machine Control system also supports fleet management features allowing for operators to monitor their surroundings, and foremen
to monitor the status of their fleet.
